Thank you to everyone who has signed up to prayer for one hour between 6am on Saturday 8th and 6am on Sunday 9th August, and it is wonderful that all the spaces have been filled so that there is a constant chain of prayer for 24 hours.
To guide you through the hour of prayer please find some points below which you may find helpful.

Psalm 90:17, NIV: "May the favour of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us-- yes, establish the work of our hands."

Chadwell Heath Baptist Church is making plans to update the current church site.

During this time when we're unable to meet in the church building, we still want to share our plans with our community so our public consultation will be online via a webinar.

To all who are connected to Chadwell Heath Baptist Church.  With regret, I have to inform you that with immediate effect Chadwell Heath Baptist Church will be suspending all meetings for worship and social gatherings until further notice following prayerful consideration of the new advice from the Government, Public Health England and the Baptist Union with regards to the Coronavirus Pandemic. We are doing this is in order to protect our congregation members – many of whom fall into the ‘Most at Risk’ category – and also their families and friends. This comes into effect as of today 18th March.

To our church family who lose access to our place of worship, and for those in our local community to lose a place of meeting, connection and familiarity may well feel very difficult for us many of us, especially as it can be a lifeline for those who don’t regularly have contact with others during the week.  However, in these troubling times please be assured that the leadership team at CHBC has a plan in place to make sure that, in ways that are safe, everyone can continue to receive Pastoral support during this time.
